Business Navigator is the BASICS of starting and building a business of any size. It’s the stuff you have to do every day, every week and every month to build your brand, bring in and convert customers, nurture customers and keep momentum.
The program includes two group mentoring sessions every week where we learn AND do the basics. Topics for sessions are focused on:
- Designing and refining your business and revenue model
- Building your business identity, including designing and refining your brand assets
- Structuring and pricing your profitable offer
- Building your audience, engaging new customers and nurturing existing customers
- Budgeting for growth
- Evolving your business.
Every session includes resources and TIME to get stuff done. You’re learning and doing at the same time, and you’re staying in momentum by doing what you need to be doing at the times we catch up.
These sessions are a DONE WITH YOU space, where there are opportunities for coaching within the group so you can do the work AND have your questions answered WHILE you do the work.
The times for these sessions have been set so you can make it after hours:
- Mondays 7pm to 8pm Australian Eastern Time (Sydney, Melbourne)
- Wednesdays 6.45am to 7.45am Australian Eastern Time (Sydney, Melbourne).
We repeat the main content from the Monday session in the Wednesday session, but the questions and the doing will be different. So, if you come to both sessions, you know you’ll be working ON your business, doing the things that move the dial, at least twice a week.
Business Navigator also includes a Masterclass every quarter – both in person and online. These Masterclasses are focused on aligning you and your business and giving you the mindset tools to motivate and propel you into action daily, weekly and monthly.
