The Business Mastery Program is Business Accelerator amplified. Business Mastery recognises that growing a business is as much about mindset as it is about strategy.

In addition to the masterclasses, Action Acceleration sessions and touchpoints every week, you have one-on-one coaching every fortnight, and a one-on-one planning session every quarter.

Coaching covers mindset as well as business strategy. The planning sessions cover:

• Planning for growth
• Budgeting for growth – where we work with you to put together your budget.
• Designing and refining your business and revenue model
• Designing and refining your brand assets.

It also includes access via DM / SMS out of session to answer questions that can’t wait for a ‘done with you’ touchpoint session.

This program is where you get proximity to the coach for hands on help. As the four planning sessions build on each other, this program has a minimum 12 month commitment. At the end of the 12 months, not only will your business be different, but you will be different!
